DLL Toys International Edition 2004 has the following new features and improvements compared with the previous version, International Edition 2003.

- The new program called "Process Viewer" which displays information about running programs and used modules is added.

- Fixed the problem that EXE viewer doesn't work in some environments.
- Fixed the problem that removal drive is get accessed when version information dialog box is opened.
- Implemented context menu with hitting application key.
- Fixed the problem that there was a fragile point in inspecting Import/Export algorithm.
- Font is changed from MS Sans Serif to MS Shell Dlg.
- Support high contrast mode for help files.
- Changed to show total size and number of files in file view.
Import Checker
- Implemented the system to show risk index in ununsed DLL list.
- Implemented filter command in unused DLLs view.
- Added ability to search through common files folder for ununsed DLLs.
- Provide stricter and more reliable search result for unused DLLs.
- Provide faster method to search through DLL files.
- Implemented "Find Similar File Name" in necessary DLLs view.
- Note: It was changed not to delete unused DLLs without registration.

- Fixed the problem that file icons are not displayed on Windows 9x systems.
- Fixed the problem that "Do not include DLLs provided by Microsoft" is always on even when it looks turned off on UI.
- Default file list of [Other files / The following files] in Search Items is changed to "*.inf".
